Guest Ratings & Reviews
Staying at this hotel was quite an experience. While the room I had faced a noisy street and the 1st floor wasn't ready, it did have a small balcony offering a beautiful view of the street. The bathroom, though tiny, had all the necessary utilities.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very stylishly decorated with plenty of light from the French balcony, but they were quite small and uncomfortable. Housekeeping did a great job daily, keeping everything neat and providing fresh towels. The service was mostly helpful and lovely, except for the rude wake-up calls before midday. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a minute's walk from Gran Via, surrounded by bars and with easy access to various metro stations. The dining options were limited, and you had to venture outside the hotel for a meal. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a few drawbacks to consider.
Staying at this hotel was a good experience overall. The central location is excellent with a jacuzzi in the room, but the tight space might be a downside. The service was friendly and helpful, although being woken up multiple times before noon was a bit inconvenient. The location in the heart of Madrid is noisy but convenient for exploring the city. The dining options nearby are limited, but the facilities are decent.
